I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. They spoke excellent English and even helped me find the hotel when I got a little lost. The location of the hotel was perfect, just off from the little church and directly near the center of this beautiful city. It was so convenient to walk to the bus stop at the bottom of the hill or explore the shops and restaurants midway down the cliff. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and my room was absolutely stunning. The spacious and clean bathroom felt like a designer cave, and the soaking tub outside was a luxurious treat. The incredible view of the caldera from my balcony each morning was breathtaking. The breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious and kept me fueled for most of the day. this hotel truly felt like a little piece of heaven.

The hotel is situated midway down the cliff, providing stunning views without having tourists popping their heads over our balcony as they walk past. The highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast. It was always different and delicious, with a variety of fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, and eggs. The staff at this hotel are top-class and always go above and beyond to ensure your comfort. They help with luggage, tours, transport, and any other request you may have. Special thanks to Irini, who looked after us and made our stay extra special by arranging a surprise on my birthday. We will definitely be coming back to this place in the future.

The hotel facilities were impeccable, from the beautiful room decor to the outdoor hot tub with an incredible view. The breakfast served daily on my personal terrace was delicious, with fresh fruits, juice, and bread. Staff was attentive and kind, making me feel right at home.

I absolutely loved staying at this hidden gem in Santorini! The location couldn't be more perfect, just off from the main town square and near all the shops and restaurants. The view from my room was unbelievable, I could sit in bed and admire the stunning scenery. The room itself was spacious and elegant, with a luxurious bathroom and all the necessary facilities. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast delivered to my room each morning was a delightful treat.

The only downside was that the hot tub wasn't as hot as I would have liked, and there were some insects in it. However, the staff was quick to assist and arranged for someone to remove the insects promptly.

The hotel offered complementary wine upon arrival, and the staff were very attentive to provide us with bottled water and fresh towels daily. The location was in a peaceful area yet easy to reach other parts of town. The highlight was the stunning view from our private terrace.

The walk down to our suite required navigating several stairs, which was challenging. During check-out, we were unexpectedly asked to pay an additional amount due to a policy issue, despite having prepaid.
